Students, Enrolling For The First Time?
Instructions Found here, but read below first.
It is critically important that when it asks you for your county at the very beginning of the form, when you are setting up your profile, that you select Hillsborough County. It doesn’t matter if you live in Hillsborough County or not. Team Phoenix meets in Hillsborough County. That is what you are selecting for.
If you live in Massachusetts, you still have to register with New Hampshire 4-H and you also have to select Hillsborough County when you are setting up your profile. There will be a place later for your address, etc. Living out of state does not matter.
If your parent(s) are not going to be mentoring, make sure that they don’t add themselves as a 4-H member.
If you are a student and you are 18 years old, even though you are legally an adult, you are participating on Team Phoenix as a youth. Be sure to select youth when prompted.
When you get to the question about when your last tetanus shot was, if you cannot answer the question in 5 minutes or less, skip it. You can add the information later. 4-H will not deny your membership if this question is not answered.
Our name on the 4-H site is“Team Phoenix 4-H Club.” Be sure to select it when prompted.
