Our FLL Open Houses are a great opportunity to introduce the community to the exciting world of the First Lego League program and everything it has to offer. During the events, we showcase our robotics team’s work, giving attendees a firsthand look at the design, building, and programming processes that go into creating our competition robots. Our team members share their old FLL experiences and we have coaches who talk about what it was like on their old FLL teams. The Open Houses also highlight the importance of teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving as key components of the FLL journey.

Attendees have the chance to interact with the team, ask questions, and see our robots in action, which sparks a lot of excitement and curiosity. It’s a chance for potential future participants to understand what it’s like to be part of a team, work together towards a common goal, and develop valuable skills in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The events also emphasize the core values of FLL, such as gracious professionalism, which fosters an inclusive and respectful environment where learning and collaboration take center stage. Overall, the FLL Open Houses are a great success, giving everyone a glimpse into the inspiring and hands-on world of robotics.
